Prof.Dr. Mustafa KÖROĞLU

In addition to my medical education, I studied Public Administration at Anadolu University. I became an Internal Medicine specialist in 2010 and a Hematology specialist in 2013. I completed my mandatory government service at Karabük University Training and Research Hospital, where I also became a faculty member. In 2017, I successfully passed an examination and was awarded the title of Associate Professor by the Interuniversity Board. In 2018, I was appointed as an Associate Professor at Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University. Since then, I have served as the Head of the Department of Internal Medicine, the Founding Chair of the Hematology Science Department, and the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.

 

Since 2019, I have worked as the Assistant Responsible Physician and Unit Responsible Physician in the Bone Marrow Transplantation Units at Şişli International Kolan Hospital and Hisar Intercontinental Hospital. From the same year, I have continued my academic activities as a faculty member at Atlas University and Haliç University. In 2023, I was appointed as a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Istinye University Faculty of Medicine. Since 2022, I have been working at the Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Istinye University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital. I have over 500 bone marrow transplant experiences, more than 50 published articles in national and international journals, and nearly 200 presentations. My areas of interest include Hematologic cancers, stem cell applications, innovative targeted therapies, and immunotherapy.
