Prof.Dr. Engin ORAL

Engin Oral

Prof. Dr. Engin Oral is an internationally recognized specialist in the field of gynecology and obstetrics, and is a pioneer in the fields of endometriosis, reproductive endocrinology and in vitro fertilization. He graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1988 as the third of his term and completed his specialist training at Istanbul University, CerrahpaÅŸa Faculty of Medicine.

  • 1995-1996: Received postdoctoral training in Reproductive Endocrinology at Yale University.

  • 1997-2019: He worked at the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology and In Vitro Fertilization at Istanbul University CerrahpaÅŸa Faculty of Medicine.

  • 2019-Continuing: He works as a professor at Bezmialem Vakıf University.

Prof. Dr. Oral founded the Turkish Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Association in 2009 and served as the president of the European Endometriosis Association in 2018-2020. In 2019, she was selected as an ambassador by the World Endometriosis Association.
