Prof.Dr. Cevdet KAYA

Prof. Dr. Cevdet Kaya was born in 1971 in Kırşehir. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English) in 1996. Between 1996 and 2001, he completed his specialization at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Department of Urology. In 2002, he started working as a Chief Assistant and Instructor at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. In 2007, he completed a fellowship in Pediatric Urology at Innsbruck University Medical Faculty.

He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2008.

Between 2014 and 2020, he served as a faculty member at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology, where he was responsible for Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Kidney Transplantation. In 2015, he received training in Renal Transplantation at Berlin Charité Hospital. In 2021, he was awarded the title of Professor by Biruni University Faculty of Medicine.

Currently, Prof. Dr. Cevdet Kaya is serving as a faculty member at Istinye University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology, and is also working at MedicalPark Hospital. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Turkish Urology Association, Turkish Pediatric Urology Association, Urological Surgery Association, Urooncology Association, and the European Society for Pediatric Urology. He has a high proficiency in English.
